At OSTNKART, we are committed to excellence in logistics. Please read our detailed shipping terms below.
1. Serviceability & Coverage We ship to over 25,000+ Pin Codes across India. We partner with Tier-1 logistics providers including BlueDart, Delhivery, Xpressbees, and Ecom Express to ensure reach even to remote locations.

Note: Currently, we do not ship internationally via the website. For international orders, please contact support.
2. Dispatch & Processing Protocols

Order Cut-Off: Orders placed before 12:00 PM (IST) are typically processed the same day. Orders placed after this time are processed the next business day.

Inspection: Every idol undergoes a physical inspection for cracks or paint defects before packing.

Dispatch Notification: You will receive an Email and SMS/WhatsApp with your Tracking ID immediately upon dispatch.
3. Shipping Charges

Standard Prepaid Shipping: FREE for all orders paid via UPI, Credit/Debit Card, or NetBanking.

Cash on Delivery (COD): A flat handling fee of ₹60 - ₹99 (calculated at checkout) applies to COD orders. This is a non-refundable fee charged by courier partners for cash handling.
4. Delivery Timelines (Estimates)

Zone A (Delhi/NCR/Haryana): 1 - 3 Business Days.

Zone B (Metro Cities): 3 - 5 Business Days.

Zone C (Rest of India): 5 - 7 Business Days.

Zone D (North East & J&K): 7 - 10 Business Days.

Force Majeure: OSTNKART is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, political unrest, or courier operational failures, though we will assist in tracking.
5. Delivery Attempts & RTO (Return to Origin)

Our courier partners will attempt delivery three (3) times.

If the customer is unreachable, the phone is switched off, or the door is locked after 3 attempts, the shipment will return to our warehouse.

Re-Shipping Penalty: If a prepaid order returns due to customer unavailability, a re-shipping fee of ₹100 must be paid by the customer to dispatch the parcel again.
6. Address Modifications You may request an address change within 4 hours of placing the order by contacting support. Once the order is "Manifested" or "Shipped," the address cannot be changed.
